As Managing Director of Channel Mobile Rob is tasked with an array of responsibilities ranging from creating Strategic Direction for the company, New Business Development, Product Development and Bespoke Solutions to aggressively pursuing the highest service levels and customer satisfaction.

Rob pioneered AppointMate and the use of SMS as a communication medium in South Africa and is now focused on increasing Channel Mobile’s presence and solutions.

Gavin Mandel - Operations Manager

Gavin heads a pivotal position in Channel Mobile that encompasses all aspects of the businesses operations.

From managing client and product usage, supplier relations, internal CRM and reporting systems, testing and implementation of software, service teams and escalated queries to being involved with strategic direction and business and product development.

Liezl Ackermann - Business Development

Liezl is responsible for sales and sourcing new avenues of business for Channel Mobile. Coupled with this is the ongoing development of sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

Liezl ensures that all campaigns we implement for clients deliver full value and excellent return on investment for them.

Natalie Armstrong - Client Service

Natalie is Channel Mobile’s super friendly and extra efficient client service representative. She is the face of the company and the calm voice that resolves customer queries and errors.

Natalie goes the extra mile to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience from the moment she logs their query in our management system through to resolution of the case.

Priyan Padayachy - Client Service

Priyan is the newest addition to Channel Mobile's client service team. At present she is in involved in training to learn about our clients and range of products.

Brett Mandel - Financial Manager

Brett is responsible for the financial well being of Channel Mobile. From analyses of all billing and expense related information to the compiling, interpretation and presenting of the management accounts.

Channel Mobile is able to research and implement new avenues and areas of growth through Brett’s expertise.

Shahieda Simons - Senior Accounts

Shahieda overseas the Channel Mobile accounts department and has become an integral part of our service delivery.

She is responsible for the billing of larger post paid corporate accounts, resolving of escalated queries and outstanding billing amounts from her team and the compilation of financial material for the monthly management reports.

Sumaya Bester - Accounts

Sumaya is a vital cog in the operation of the Channel Mobile accounts department. From capturing payments in Pastel to following up on outstanding payments and resolving client queries Sumaya has her days full.
