Channel Mobile clients send a WAP push message to their customers through the Channel Mobile gateway, when the customer responds to the WAP push message they land on the WAP site from where they can action a credit card payment from their mobile phone. The customer receives confirmation of their transaction within the WAP site.

Channel Mobile’s gateway updates the Campaign Manager with the outcomes of the customers transactions on the WAP site together with the delivery status’s of the WAP push messages. These outcomes and delivery reports are displayed on the client’s web interface that sits on the Campaign Manager, thereby giving the client full access to reporting functionality.
