Customers direct themselves to the WAP site, through a bookmark on their mobile phone, from where they action a credit card payment from their mobile phone. The customer receives confirmation of their transaction within the WAP site. This transaction can be initiated using our WAP Push tool.

Channel Mobile’s gateway then updates the Campaign Manager with the outcomes of the customers transactions on the WAP site. These outcomes are displayed on the client’s user interface on the Campaign Manager, thereby giving the client full access to reporting functionality.
