Robert Maconachie – Managing Director

As Managing Director of Channel Mobile Rob is tasked with an array of responsibilities ranging from creating Strategic Direction for the company, New Business Development, Product Development and Bespoke Solutions to aggressively pursuing the highest service levels and customer satisfaction.

Rob founded AppointMate and the use of SMS as a communication medium in South Africa and is now focused on increasing Channel Mobile’s presence and solutions.

Shaun Marriner – Operations Manager

Shaun is the Operations Manager at Channel Mobile, the glue holding it all together as he plays a pivotal role in the operations and functionality of our products and services. Shaun is our go to man and is the first point of contact for all clients requiring assistance on Channel Mobile products. If you have a query that needs resolving, Shaun is able to assist.

Shahieda Simons – Financial Manager

Shahieda is the Financial Manager of Channel Mobile and has become an integral part of our service deliver.

She is responsible for the financial well being of Channel Mobile. From analyses of all billing and expense related information to the compiling, interpretation and presenting of the management accounts.

She also controls the full payroll function and ensures that staff members are happy and satisfied in the workplace.

Nashieta Mollet – Assistant Financial Manager

Nashieta is essential in the smooth operation of the Channel Mobile accounts department. From capturing payments in Pastel to following up on outstanding payments and resolving client queries, Nashieta has her days full.

Nadia Swartbooi – Account Manager

As account manager Nadia serves as the business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction on mobile marketing campaigns. She also constructs and manages the various blue chip campaign accounts.

Musood Toffie – Operations and Call Centre Manager

Musood Toffie is a true professional, dedicated and a very friendly guy. His ability to lead and motivate makes him a great asset for the Channel Mobile team. In his spare time, Musood loves gaming and is a PC enthusiast.

Unathi Batyi – Sales and Call Center Support

Unathi plays a pivotal role in converting leads into sales. His bilingualism (5 languages) is of utmost value when communicating with our clientele. Unathi has a nose for sniffing out leads and is rapidly fast in responding to issues that his clients might have.

Anathi Seyisi – Sales and Call Center Support

Anathi is energetic, friendly and a soccer fanatic. Anathi has already hit the ground running and we are so happy to have him on board the Channel Mobile train.

Sinobom Gudla – Sales and Call Center Support

Sinobom Gudla is the newest addition to the Shire (sales and support team). He is passionate, goal oriented and a perfectionist. His ability to adapt and integrate makes him a great asset for the Channel Mobile team.

David dos Santos – Corporate Sales

David dos Santos is the newest member to the Channel Mobile team and handles our Corporate Sales. He is passionate about sales and marketing, offers clients innovative and strategic solutions to their campaigns. On a personal front, David is sociable, loves mixed martial arts and avid music lover.

Matthew Lynch – System Administrator

Matthew Loves technology, ideas, design and human potential. He absorbs information like a sponge!
His strengths lie in bridging the gap between the users of online platforms, the technology it is built on, and the technical resources that develop and maintain it. He has a good understanding of web technologies and able to converse with users and technical resources in a manner that is understood by all.
